To be eligible for a Tier 2 Administrator license you must:

• Be at least 21 years old;

• Pass a National Background check
• Be a US Citizen or Qualified Alien; and
• Have no barrier offenses (OAC310:679-10-2.1)
• Have a High School Diploma or GED AND one of the following:

• At least 1 consecutive year of healthcare experience OR

• At least 30 college semester hours in a healthcare related field of study OR

• A Bachelors degree in any field of study
