Survey Prep I will focus on preparing your assisted living community management to prepare for their state survey and implement a program to remain prepared. Elements and tools for an effective mock survey will be reviewed to include checklists for dietary, nursing, pharmacy, personnel, and environmental services. We will also review various methods to conduct a mock survey to ensure effectiveness. Frequently found deficiencies will be dis-cussed as well as programs or solutions to avoid them.

Survey Prep II will prepare your team for what to do after you receive your statement of deficiencies. How to correctly read the scope & severity on your statement of deficiencies; write your plan of correction; request an IDR; and prepare your team for the re-visit.

You may register for either Survey Prep I in the morning or Survey Prep II in the afternoon or receive a $50 discount and attend both.
